High Wycombe General practice is continued as a Mixed Billing practice from 1 Jan 2024.

Patients under the age of 16 and over 65 years, will continue to be bulk-billed From Mon-Friday.

All procedures will attract a fee as indicated in the reception notice.

Medical report/ any forms to fill up attract a private fees with no Medicare rebate.

Kindly call for longer appointment if need Mental health consult/ Mental health Care plan.

Kindly call the receptionist if booking for Driving medical/ Immunization/dressing/procedures.

Billing Update – Dr Norliza

Please note that Dr Norliza is a mixed billing practitioner and fees may apply to your consultation.

Bulk billing eligibility

Dr Norliza does not routinely bulk bill patients aged 65 years and over unless they hold a valid Pension Concession Card (PCC) or Health Care Card (HCC).

Please also note that holding a PCC or HCC does not automatically guarantee bulk billing. Bulk billing is offered at the doctor’s discretion and may not apply to all card holders, including patients over 16 years of age.

New patient fees

From the recent fee increase, new patient consultations with Dr Norliza are $90.

New patients initial consultation is $85

Please note: Failure to attend an appointment or provide less than 2 hours' notice of cancellation will incur a $70 fee. This policy applies to all doctors.
